Hey everyone, Warboss Scott here. I am sorry it has been awhile since I posted anything. Due to the large volume of games, and sometimes gradual repetitiveness, I haven't been updating much on the escalation league. Rather than commenting on individual games I might instead start discussing tactics and specific units. Shout out to Chaplain Sam for keeping things moving with lots of good content.
The main point of this post is just to give you a heads up on the next lore post coming your way. I am going to delve into the fluff to answer one simple question. Why did the Warmaster Horus betray his father, The Emperor, and engulf the galaxy in perpetual war? What motivated Horus to literally rend and tear his creator's mortal frame: thus dooming him to an tortorous existence as a desiccated husk on the golden throne? The answer is more complex than you may suppose. It will take us from the hight of the Great Crusade, The Triumph of Ullanor, delve into the disastrous, mistaken war with the Interex, explore the felling of the God-like Warmaster on the plague moon of Davin, and end in the twisting nether realm of the warp.
